١٠١. وَقَالَ (عليه السلام): لَا يَسْتَقِيمُ قَضَاءُ الْحَوَائِجِ إِلَّا بِثَلَاثٍ بِاسْتِصْغَارِهَا لِتَعْظُمَ وَبِاسْتِكْتَامِهَا لِتَظْهَرَ وَبِتَعْجِيلِهَا لِتَهْنُؤَ.
