30ـ عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ صَالِحِ بْنِ أَبِي حَمَّادٍ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ عَنْ صَفْوَانَ عَنِ الْجَهْمِ بْنِ حُمَيْدٍ قَالَ قُلْتُ لأبِي عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيهِ السَّلام) تَكُونُ لِيَ الْقَرَابَةُ عَلَى غَيْرِ أَمْرِي أَ لَهُمْ عَلَيَّ حَقٌّ قَالَ نَعَمْ حَقُّ الرَّحِمِ لا يَقْطَعُهُ شَيْءٌ وَإِذَا كَانُوا عَلَى أَمْرِكَ كَانَ لَهُمْ حَقَّانِ حَقُّ الرَّحِمِ وَحَقُّ الإسْلامِ.The text, as its source published it
