23ـ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عِيسَى عَنِ الْحُسَيْنِ بْنِ سَعِيدٍ عَنِ النَّضْرِ بْنِ سُوَيْدٍ عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ الْحَلَبِيِّ قَالَ سَأَلْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيْهِ الْسَّلام) عَنِ الأذَانِ قَبْلَ الْفَجْرِ فَقَالَ إِذَا كَانَ فِي جَمَاعَةٍ فَلاَ وَإِذَا كَانَ وَحْدَهُ فَلاَ بَأْسَ.The text, as its source published it
