14ـ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ مُعَمَّرِ بْنِ خَلاَّدٍ قَالَ سَأَلْتُ أَبَا الْحَسَنِ (عَلَيْهِ الْسَّلام) عَنْ رَجُلٍ بِهِ عِلَّةٌ لاَ يَقْدِرُ عَلَى الاضْطِجَاعِ وَالْوُضُوءُ يَشْتَدُّ عَلَيْهِ وَهُوَ قَاعِدٌ مُسْتَنِدٌ بِالْوَسَائِدِ فَرُبَّمَا أَغْفَى وَهُوَ قَاعِدٌ عَلَى تِلْكَ الْحَالِ قَالَ يَتَوَضَّأُ قُلْتُ لَهُ إِنَّ الْوُضُوءَ يَشْتَدُّ عَلَيْهِ لِحَالِ عِلَّتِهِ فَقَالَ إِذَا خَفِيَ عَلَيْهِ الصَّوْتُ فَقَدْ وَجَبَ الْوُضُوءُ عَلَيْهِ وَقَالَ يُؤَخِّرُ الظُّهْرَ وَيُصَلِّيهَا مَعَ الْعَصْرِ يَجْمَعُ بَيْنَهُمَا وَكَذَلِكَ الْمَغْرِبُ وَالْعِشَاءُ.The text, as its source published it
