7ـ أَبُو عَلِيٍّ الأَشْعَرِيُّ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْجَبَّارِ عَنْ صَفْوَانَ بْنِ يَحْيَى عَنْ مَنْصُورِ بْنِ حَازِمٍ قَالَ قُلْتُ لأَبِي عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيْهِ السَّلاَم) رَجُلٌ أَصَابَ مِنْ صَيْدٍ أَصَابَهُ مُحْرِمٌ وَهُوَ حَلالٌ قَالَ فَلْيَأْكُلْ مِنْهُ الْحَلالُ وَلَيْسَ عَلَيْهِ شَيْءٌ إِنَّمَا الْفِدَاءُ عَلَى الْمُحْرِمِ.The text, as its source published it
