3- عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي عُمَيْرٍ عَنْ حَمَّادٍ عَنِ الْحَلَبِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللهِ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام) قَالَ لا تُقَبِّلِ الأرْضَ بِحِنْطَةٍ مُسَمَّاةٍ وَلَكِنْ بِالنِّصْفِ وَالثُّلُثِ وَالرُّبُعِ وَالْخُمُسِ لا بَأْسَ بِهِ وَقَالَ لا بَأْسَ بِالْمُزَارَعَةِ بِالثُّلُثِ وَالرُّبُعِ وَالْخُمُسِ.The text, as its source published it
