40- الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ مُعَلَّى بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ عَنْ أَبَانٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللهِ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللهِ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام) فِي الرَّجُلِ تَكُونُ عِنْدَهُ الْمَرْأَةُ فَيَتَزَوَّجُ أُخْرَى كَمْ يَجْعَلُ لِلَّتِي يَدْخُلُ بِهَا قَالَ ثَلاثَةَ أَيَّامٍ ثُمَّ يَقْسِمُ.The text, as its source published it
