7- مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ الْحَكَمِ عَنْ مُوسَى بْنِ بَكْرٍ عَنْ زُرَارَةَ قَالَ قَالَ أَبُو جَعْفَرٍ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام) إِذَا زَنَى رَجُلٌ بِامْرَأَةِ أَبِيهِ أَوْ جَارِيَةِ أَبِيهِ فَإِنَّ ذَلِكَ لا يُحَرِّمُهَا عَلَى زَوْجِهَا وَلا تُحَرِّمُ الْجَارِيَةَ عَلَى سَيِّدِهَا إِنَّمَا يُحَرِّمُ ذَلِكَ مِنْهُ إِذَا أَتَى الْجَارِيَةَ وَهِيَ حَلالٌ فَلا تَحِلُّ تِلْكَ الْجَارِيَةُ أَبَداً لابْنِهِ وَلا لأبِيهِ وَإِذَا تَزَوَّجَ رَجُلٌ امْرَأَةً تَزْوِيجاً حَلالا فَلا تَحِلُّ تِلْكَ الْمَرْأَةُ لأبِيهِ وَلابْنِهِ.The text, as its source published it
