3- مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ الْحَكَمِ عَنِ الْعَلاءِ بْنِ رَزِينٍ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ مُسْلِمٍ عَنْ أَحَدِهِمَا (عَلَيْهِما السَّلام) قَالَ سَأَلْتُهُ عَنْ رَجُلٍ تَزَوَّجَ امْرَأَةً فَنَظَرَ إِلَى رَأْسِهَا وَإِلَى بَعْضِ جَسَدِهَا أَيَتَزَوَّجُ ابْنَتَهَا فَقَالَ لا إِذَا رَأَى مِنْهَا مَا يَحْرُمُ عَلَى غَيْرِهِ فَلَيْسَ لَهُ أَنْ يَتَزَوَّجُ ابْنَتَهَا.The text, as its source published it
