17- عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ النَّوْفَلِيِّ عَنِ السَّكُونِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللهِ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام) أَنَّ أَمِيرَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ (صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِه) قَضَى فِي رَجُلٍ اشْتَرَى ثَوْباً بِشَرْطٍ إِلَى نِصْفِ النَّهَارِ فَعَرَضَ لَهُ رِبْحٌ فَأَرَادَ بَيْعَهُ قَالَ لِيُشْهِدْ أَنَّهُ قَدْ رَضِيَهُ فَاسْتَوْجَبَهُ ثُمَّ لْيَبِعْهُ إِنْ شَاءَ فَإِنْ أَقَامَهُ فِي السُّوقِ وَلَمْ يَبِعْ فَقَدْ وَجَبَ عَلَيْهِ.
