8- مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنِ الْحُسَيْنِ بْنِ سَعِيدٍ عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ الْجَوْهَرِيِّ عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ أَبِي حَمْزَةَ قَالَ سَأَلْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ اللهِ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام) عَنْ رَجُلٍ اشْتَرَى بُسْتَاناً فِيهِ نَخْلٌ وَشَجَرٌ مِنْهُ مَا قَدْ أَطْعَمَ وَمِنْهُ مَا لَمْ يُطْعِمْ قَالَ لا بَأْسَ بِهِ إِذَا كَانَ فِيهِ مَا قَدْ أَطْعَمَ قَالَ وَسَأَلْتُهُ عَنْ رَجُلٍ اشْتَرَى بُسْتَاناً فِيهِ نَخْلٌ لَيْسَ فِيهِ غَيْرُ بُسْرٍ أَخْضَرَ فَقَالَ لا حَتَّى يَزْهُوَ قُلْتُ وَمَا الزَّهْوُ قَالَ حَتَّى يَتَلَوَّنَ.The text, as its source published it
