13- عِدَّةٌ مِنْ أَصْحَابِنَا عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عِيسَى عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللهِ الْفَرَّاءِ عَنْ حَرِيزٍ عَنْ زُرَارَةَ قَالَ قُلْتُ لأبِي جَعْفَرٍ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام) الرَّجُلُ يَشْتَرِي الْجَارِيَةَ مِنَ السُّوقِ فَيُولِدُهَا ثُمَّ يَجِيءُ رَجُلٌ فَيُقِيمُ الْبَيِّنَةَ عَلَى أَنَّهَا جَارِيَتُهُ لَمْ تُبَعْ وَلَمْ تُوهَبْ قَالَ فَقَالَ لِي يَرُدُّ إِلَيْهِ جَارِيَتَهُ وَيُعَوِّضُهُ مِمَّا انْتَفَعَ قَالَ كَأَنَّهُ مَعْنَاهُ قِيمَةُ الْوَلَدِ.The text, as its source published it
