16- عِدَّةٌ مِنْ أَصْحَابِنَا عَنْ سَهْلِ بْنِ زِيَادٍ وَأَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنِ ابْنِ مَحْبُوبٍ عَنْ أَبِي وَلادٍ قَالَ سَأَلْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ اللهِ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام) عَنِ الرَّجُلِ يَأْخُذُ الدَّابَّةَ وَالْبَعِيرَ رَهْناً بِمَالِهِ أَلَهُ أَنْ يَرْكَبَهُ قَالَ فَقَالَ إِنْ كَانَ يَعْلِفُهُ فَلَهُ أَنْ يَرْكَبَهُ وَإِنْ كَانَ الَّذِي رَهَنَهُ عِنْدَهُ يَعْلِفُهُ فَلَيْسَ لَهُ أَنْ يَرْكَبَهُ.The text, as its source published it
