عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي عُمَيْرٍ عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ أُذَيْنَةَ عَنْ زُرَارَةَ وَ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ مُسْلِمٍ عَنْ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ ( عليه السلام ) قَالَ إِنَّ الطَّلَاقَ لَا يَكُونُ بِغَيْرِ شُهُودٍ وَ إِنَّ الرَّجْعَةَ بِغَيْرِ شُهُودٍ رَجْعَةٌ وَ لَكِنْ لَيُشْهِدُ بَعْدُ فَهُوَ أَفْضَلُ .The text, as its source published it
