علي بن إبراهيم، عن أبيه، عن ابن أبي عمير، عن جميل بن دراج، عن منصور ابن حازم قال: إن المؤلي يجبر على أن يطلق تطليقة بائنة، وعن غير منصور أنه يطلق تطليقة يملك الرجعة، فقال له بعض أصحابه: إن هذا منتقض (2) فقال: لا، التي تشكو فتقول: يجبرني ويضرني ويمنعني من الزوج (1) يجبر على أن يطلقها تطليقة بائنة والتي تسكت ولا تشكو وإن شاء يطلقها تطليقة يملك الرجعة.The text, as its source published it
