عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي عُمَيْرٍ عَنْ حَمَّادٍ عَنِ الْحَلَبِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) قَالَ إِنَّهُ سُئِلَ عَنْ صَيْدِ الْبَازِي وَ الْكَلْبِ إِذَا صَادَ وَ قَدْ قَتَلَ صَيْدَهُ وَ أَكَلَ مِنْهُ آكُلُ فَضْلَهُمَا أَمْ لَا فَقَالَ ( عليه السلام ) أَمَّا مَا قَتَلَتْهُ الطَّيْرُ فَلَا تَأْكُلْهُ إِلَّا أَنْ تُذَكِّيَهُ وَ أَمَّا مَا قَتَلَهُ الْكَلْبُ وَ قَدْ ذَكَرْتَ اسْمَ اللَّهِ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ عَلَيْهِ فَكُلْ وَ إِنْ أَكَلَ مِنْهُ .The text, as its source published it
