22- مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِسْمَاعِيلَ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْفُضَيْلِ عَنْ أَبِي الصَّبَّاحِ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللهِ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام) قَالَ سُئِلَ عَنِ السُّكْنَى وَالْعُمْرَى فَقَالَ إِنْ كَانَ جَعَلَ السُّكْنَى فِي حَيَاتِهِ فَهُوَ كَمَا شَرَطَ وَإِنْ كَانَ جَعَلَهَا لَهُ وَلِعَقِبِهِ مِنْ بَعْدِهِ حَتَّى يَفْنَى عَقِبُهُ فَلَيْسَ لَهُمْ أَنْ يَبِيعُوا وَلا يُورِثُوا ثُمَّ تَرْجِعُ الدَّارُ إِلَى صَاحِبِهَا الأوَّلِ.The text, as its source published it
