32- وَكَتَبَ إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْهَمَذَانِيُّ إِلَيْهِ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام) مَيِّتٌ أَوْصَى بِأَنْ يُجْرَى عَلَى رَجُلٍ مَا بَقِيَ مِنْ ثُلُثِهِ وَلَمْ يَأْمُرْ بِإِنْفَاذِ ثُلُثِهِ هَلْ لِلْوَصِيِّ أَنْ يُوقِفَ ثُلُثَ الْمَيِّتِ بِسَبَبِ الإجْرَاءِ فَكَتَبَ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام) يُنْفِذُ ثُلُثَهُ وَلا يُوقِفُ.The text, as its source published it
