2- عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي عُمَيْرٍ عَنْ سَعْدِ بْنِ أَبِي خَلَفٍ عَنْ أَبِي الْعَبَّاسِ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللهِ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام) قَالَ إِذَا تَرَكَ الْمَيِّتُ أَخَوَيْنِ فَهُمْ إِخْوَةٌ مَعَ الْمَيِّتِ حَجَبَا الأمَّ عَنِ الثُّلُثِ وَإِنْ كَانَ وَاحِداً لَمْ يَحْجُبِ الأمَّ وَقَالَ إِذَا كُنَّ أَرْبَعَ أَخَوَاتٍ حَجَبْنَ الأمَّ عَنِ الثُّلُثِ لأنَّهُنَّ بِمَنْزِلَةِ الأخَوَيْنِ وَإِنْ كُنَّ ثَلاثاً لَمْ يَحْجُبْنَ.The text, as its source published it
