1- مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنِ ابْنِ مَحْبُوبٍ عَنِ ابْنِ سِنَانٍ قَالَ سَأَلْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ اللهِ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام) عَنْ رَجُلٍ تَرَكَ أَخَاهُ لأمِّهِ لَمْ يَتْرُكْ وَارِثاً غَيْرَهُ قَالَ الْمَالُ لَهُ قُلْتُ فَإِنْ كَانَ مَعَ الأخِ لِلأمِّ جَدٌّ قَالَ يُعْطَى الأخُ لِلأمِّ السُّدُسَ وَيُعْطَى الْجَدُّ الْبَاقِيَ قُلْتُ فَإِنْ كَانَ الأخُ لأبٍ وَجَدٌّ قَالَ الْمَالُ بَيْنَهُمَا سَوَاءً.The text, as its source published it
