2- عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي نَجْرَانَ عَنْ عَاصِمِ بْنِ حُمَيْدٍ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ قَيْسٍ عَنْ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام) قَالَ قَضَى أَمِيرُ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام) فِي خَالَةٍ جَاءَتْ تُخَاصِمُ فِي مَوْلَى رَجُلٍ مَاتَ فَقَرَأَ هَذِهِ الآيَةَ وَأُولُوا الأرْحامِ بَعْضُهُمْ أَوْلى بِبَعْضٍ فِي كِتابِ اللهِ فَدَفَعَ الْمِيرَاثَ إِلَى الْخَالَةِ وَلَمْ يُعْطِ الْمَوْلَى.The text, as its source published it
