12- ابْنُ مَحْبُوبٍ عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ يَزِيدَ قَالَ سَأَلْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ اللهِ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام) عَنْ رَجُلٍ مَاتَ وَتَرَكَ امْرَأَتَهُ وَهِيَ حَامِلٌ فَوَضَعَتْ بَعْدَ مَوْتِهِ غُلاماً ثُمَّ مَاتَ الْغُلامُ بَعْدَ مَا وَقَعَ إِلَى الأرْضِ فَشَهِدَتِ الْمَرْأَةُ الَّتِي قَبِلَتْهَا أَنَّهُ اسْتَهَلَّ وَصَاحَ حِينَ وَقَعَ إِلَى الأرْضِ ثُمَّ مَاتَ قَالَ عَلَى الإمَامِ أَنْ يُجِيزَ شَهَادَتَهَا فِي رُبُعِ مِيرَاثِ الْغُلامِ.The text, as its source published it
