10- وَبِهَذَا الإسْنَادِ عَنْ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام) قَالَ لا تُقْبَلُ شَهَادَةُ سَابِقِ الْحَاجِّ لأنَّهُ قَتَلَ رَاحِلَتَهُ وَأَفْنَى زَادَهُ وَأَتْعَبَ نَفْسَهُ وَاسْتَخَفَّ بِصَلاتِهِ قُلْتُ فَالْمُكَارِي وَالْجَمَّالُ وَالْمَلاحُ قَالَ فَقَالَ وَمَا بَأْسٌ بِهِمْ تُقْبَلُ شَهَادَتُهُمْ إِذَا كَانُوا صُلَحَاءَ.The text, as its source published it
