20- الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ مُعَلَّى بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ عَنْ أَبِي جَمِيلَةَ عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ أَبِي إِدْرِيسَ عَنِ الْحُسَيْنِ بْنِ ضَمْرَةَ بْنِ أَبِي ضَمْرَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ جَدِّهِ قَالَ قَالَ أَمِيرُ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام) أَحْكَامُ الْمُسْلِمِينَ عَلَى ثَلاثَةٍ شَهَادَةٍ عَادِلَةٍ أَوْ يَمِينٍ قَاطِعَةٍ أَوْ سُنَّةٍ مَاضِيَةٍ مِنْ أَئِمَّةِ الْهُدَى.The text, as its source published it
