13- أَبُو عَلِيٍّ الأشْعَرِيُّ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْجَبَّارِ عَنْ صَفْوَانَ بْنِ يَحْيَى عَنِ ابْنِ مُسْكَانَ عَنْ أَبِي بَصِيرٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللهِ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام) قَالَ قُلْتُ لَهُ رَجُلٌ طَلَّقَ امْرَأَتَهُ فَبَانَتْ مِنْهُ وَلَهَا ابْنَةٌ مَمْلُوكَةٌ فَاشْتَرَاهَا أَيَحِلُّ لَهُ أَنْ يَطَأَهَا قَالَ لا وَعَنِ الرَّجُلِ تَكُونُ عِنْدَهُ الْمَمْلُوكَةُ وَابْنَتُهَا فَيَطَأُ إِحْدَاهُمَا فَتَمُوتُ وَتَبْقَى الأخْرَى أَيَصْلُحُ لَهُ أَنْ يَطَأَهَا قَالَ لا.The text, as its source published it
